Refund Policy
1. We offer a 15-day free trial period to all new customers so they can test our service before making a payment. If you're not satisfied with our service during the free trial period, you can cancel your subscription without any charge.
2. After the free trial period, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. However, if you experience technical issues with our service that prevent you from using it as intended, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide a solution or you believe that our service is not functioning as advertised, you may request a refund within 30 days of the payment date.
3. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
4. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request via email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds for tickets that have been used or have expired beyond their trial period.
6. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
7. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
